Mothers struggle to manage the high demands of parenthood with their career. This challenge has only been exacerbated by the recent global pandemic. Working mothers play a pivotal role in shaping the future of organizations; so it’s important employers find ways to support them.

One significant way organizations can rally support for working mothers is through building community. Most working mothers feel isolated in their situation with juggling career and home. Building coaching programs around working mothers mental and emotional needs normalizes the transition into parenthood while also supporting their continued success in the workplace.
